Things To Note:

1. Please bring along your NRIC for verification purposes.

2. Should you be unable to come down personally, kindly email in to wmsregional@gmail.com to inform us of the person whom you will be authorising to collect on your behalf.

3. Upon payment, you will be issued an Official Invoice from Warner Music Singapore. Please keep the Receipt well. Tickets and Poster will be collected on Event Day itself. Collection Details will be updated soon.

Ticket Collection for “Till We Meet Again” Kim Ki Bum Private Fan Gathering

For those who have already made payment, collection details are as follows:

Date: 21st May, Sat
Time: 10AM to 2PM (Please be punctual for collection as Meet and Greet begins at 2.30PM)
Venue: Booth located at IMM Level 3, Bagus Food Junction

Things to Note:

- The Collection Booth will only be opened at 10AM. Fans who have paid for their Package/s is guaranteed for their entitlements. Therefore we do not encourage fans to come by too early to queue as we also hope to reduce unnecessary congestion at that area.

- Please present your NRIC as well as the Original Invoice issued to you when you have paid up at WMS Office.

- Those who have ordered the Photograph Taking Packages, you will receive your poster as well. You will also be given a  Number Tag, which will be the Photograph Group that you are in.

- Those who have ordered the Autograph Signing Package, you will receive your poster on stage.

- After you have received your Tickets, the guards will direct you to the correct queue, either for Photograph Taking or Autograph Signing.

- If you are entitled to both Photo taking AND Autograph Signing, kindly proceed to the PHOTOGRAPH queue first.

For Overseas Fan and Final Batch of Payment:

Venue: Booth located at IMM Level 3, Bagus Food Junction

- The Collection Booth will only be opened at 10AM.

- Please present your NRIC/Passport when you are paying up for your Package.

- After payment, please bring your Invoice and proceed over to the Ticket Collection Booth to get your ticket/s.

- Those who have ordered the Photograph Taking Packages, you will receive your poster as well. You will also be given a Number Tag, which will be the Photograph Group that you are in.

- Those who have ordered the Autograph Signing Package, you will receive your poster on stage.

- After you have received your Tickets, the guards will direct you to the correct queue, either for Photograph Taking or Autograph Signing.

- If you are entitled to both Photo taking AND Autograph Signing, kindly proceed to the PHOTOGRAPH queue first.

Details for Meet & Greet Session:

The Host will run through the procedures with you again on that day, therefore please do listen out for it.

Photography Group

- The Meet & Greet will begin with the Photo Taking Group first.

- The Host will request for Group 1 (those holding on to Number Tag ‘1’) to come forward for the first group photo.

- If you are holding on to the corresponding number tag that is announced, please do come forward for your photo-taking.

- There will be a Warner Music Staff on site to assist in organizing the groups; therefore we appreciate your help in following the instructions given.

- There are cases where fans missed out on the photo taking chances as they did not move out when we announced for them to do so. We regret to inform that should you miss out on the Photo-taking, your chance will be forfeited.

- Please hold on to your Ticket as we have to check before you proceed on stage.

- Kindly proceed up the stage one by one. Do not rush or push.

- Please DO NOT grab the Artiste. You can extend your hand for a handshake, but please do not mob or grab him. Kindly show your respect for the Artiste and refrain from startling him.

- After passing your gifts, please follow the guidance and move aside to get ready for the Photo-Taking.

- After the Photo Taking, kindly proceed down stage and move back to your area. If you are entitled to Autograph, please collect your belongings, and head over to the Autograph Queue.

Autograph Group

- Once the Photo Taking has ended, the Autograph Session will begin.

- Please hold on to your Ticket as we have to check before you proceed on stage.

- Kindly proceed up the stage one by one. Do not rush or push.

- Please DO NOT grab the Artiste. You can extend your hand for a handshake, but please do not mob or grab him. Kindly show your respect for the Artiste and refrain from startling him.

- Once you have received your Autographed Poster, our Warner Music Staff will also hand you a rubber band to secure your poster.

- After the Photo Taking, kindly proceed down stage and move back to your area.

Gentle Reminder:

Please hold on to the remaining ticket stub (black portion) for Game and Lucky Draw Chances during the Fan Meet.
