Regulations to take note of:
- NO photography and videography is allowed during the concert. This includes DSLRs, Digital Cameras, film cameras etc. Basically nothing that is able to capture images-no recording using iPhones, iTouch, iPads, you take, iConfiscate
- Fans who are seated are allowed to bring ONE fanboard/ LED board each. Size is restricted to A3.
- Fans who are in the moshpit are NOT allowed to bring in any fanboard/ LEB board.
- All shawols may bring in ONE hand banner each.
- You may bring in an iPad to the stadium but you CANNOT use it to take photos or record any footage (as mentioned above).
Regarding the mosh-pit queue:
- Wrist tagging will start at 11am on 10th September
- You will need a wrist tag to enter the queue.
- Wrist tags will not be numbered and no toilet tags will be issued.
- For safety reasons, overnight queuing is highly discouraged.
Purchasing or redeeming merchandise(s):
- Merchandise redemption will start from 12pm. This refers to people who have already paid during the pre-order.
- Sale will start from 1pm.
- We will only accept cash and/or credit card (MasterCard/ Visa)
- Merchandises are while stocks last.
- Those who pre-ordered will need to bring the receipt to collect the merchandise(s).

What You Will See At Scape:
- 5 Sistic Counters dedicated for Shinee World Concert Singapore purchase only
- First 500 tickets purchased at the Sistic Counters at *SCAPE will be given a 10% discount. (Not applicable to Partial Restricted View seats, i.e. the red blocks)
- More than 1000 tickets amongst the 2000 Mosh Pit tickets will be allocated for sale only at the Sistic Counters at *SCAPE.
- Official bubble tea (Share tea), as well as Official drink (F&N) will be there from 0000-0300 to give out drinks!
- Flash your Shinee World Ticket at the information counter at *SCAPE to receive a mystery voucher!
- Official barricades will be up at 2300 on 29th July (Fri)
- Fans are encouraged to only start queuing from 23:59pm onwards on 29th July when barricades and security measures are in place. Sale of tickets will begin at 9am.
Things to Note at Ticket Launch:
- The official queue will start on 29th July, at 2350
- When the official queue opens, wrist tags will be given to everyone in the queue.
- People without wrist tags will not be allowed to stay in the queue.
- The wrist tags will entitle each person to purchase tickets from the Sistic Counters at SCAPE.
- If you need to visit the restroom, please approach a staff. He/she will issue you a tag and you will be given 15 minutes.
- To retain your place in the queue, you will have to present the entire time, if not, your place will be given up to the next in line. This is to ensure fairness and to prevent any queue cutting incidents.
- If someone is going to take over your shift, please do it before 7am. Changing of shifts will mean a swap and not an additional person in the queue. To prevent any confusion, no changing of shifts will be allowed after 7am.
- Please not that having a wrist tag will not ensure that there will still be tickets available when it comes to your turn at the counter.
- Each person can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.
“We’ve taken additional measures to ensure safety for everyone in the queue – apart from sectioning queues and erecting barricades to avoid a stampede, we’ve also hired more than 12 well-trained security professionals just for this event,” said Wendy Ng, Producer from Running Into The Sun “Safety is our utmost concern for all fans and we hope this will be not only safe – but a fun gathering for all fans to celebrate SHINee’s first concert.”
