We have just contacted the CEO of Reer Media and they have given us full assurance that the event is definitely still on at the same venue. Part of Reer Media’s team is currently in Korea and will fly over together with B1A4. As of now, they are advising all fanclubs to stop contacting them via reer.media@gmail.com as they are not handling that email due to internal restructure. Please wait for further confirmation on the event, they will be releasing an official press release soon.

Dear Partners/Medias/Sponsor,
We are very thankful to all our sponsors and the help given throughout the event previously done by my teams.
We would like to inform all of you that my Operation Teams will be leaving Reer Media with effect from today 3rd August 2011, and will not be held responsible for any breach of previous contracts and any verbal agreements.
Please disregard any booking or confirmation done by the previous team.
The new management team from Reer Media will contact you for re-booking if they are still interested in your sponsorship of venue/services.We look forward to working with all of you on our next event done in our new company.

In summary, the Operations Team has left Reer Media, so please be patient and give Reer Media a bit more time to sort out everything before they announce anything officially.
As to whether B1A4 will still be coming, we can only hope for the best.
