110930 Miss A Showcase
Miss A’s final activity in Singapore was none other than the special showcase they have prepared for their fans at The Max Pavilion. Created by JYP Entertainment, Miss A has won awards all around the world and has been recognized by many through their catchy tunes and addictive dance moves.
Beginning the showcase with their title song in their first full length album <A Class>, the 4 ladies brought up the mood of the showcase with <Good Bye Baby>, followed by <Love Alone>. Even though they sounded out of breathe at parts, they put up a strong and powerful performance live. After the songs, Miss A did a short introduction of themselves and they had a short interview session with the host, Ah Ken. Do watch their performances here:

Holding on to the soft toys specially autographed by each member, Miss A started their first game with Charades. These lucky fans all managed to catch the soft toy which was thrown personally by Miss A to the crowd. The girls acted out the words given by Ah Ken. Fei impersonated a cat with a body wave, Jia with her fingers up like a crab’s pincers, Min slithered like a snake and Suzy hopped on the stage like a rabbit with her fingers on her head as the rabbit’s ear. The winner of this game also walked away with a Soul Headphone. After the first game session, Miss A introduced their next song, “Help Me”.
The first solo act was from Min. With sleek dance moves, Min performed a dance break for her solo stage. Next on stage was Suzy in a red dress singing to Stacie Orrico’s <Strong Enough>, showcasing her powerful vocals. Up next was a dance collaboration stage performed by Fei and Jia. After the solo acts, Miss A was back on stage with the second game, Chop Chilli Chop. Another 4 lucky fans were chosen up on stage once again by catching Miss A’s autographed soft toy. This game tested everyone’s memory as they were required to repeat the moves created by participants in front them and also create a new move for the person after. The 4 lucky fans also received a personal item from the member whom they were paired with.
After the second game, Miss A continued the showcase with another of their hit song, <Breathe>. They also sang to Lady GaGa’s <PokerFace>. With Suzy’s birthday nearing, a surprise birthday celebration was prepared for Suzy by the fans. A cake costing $2000 was custom-made with the figurines of Miss A, the fans also sang Suzy birthday songs in English, Korean and Mandarin. Suzy was so touched that she was in tears when she was saying her birthday wishes, which was for the members to be healthy and also for Miss A to have increasing popularity and become one of the top girl groups. After the birthday celebration, Miss A ended the showcase with their encore performance, <Bad Girl Good Girl> .
