Arriving in the morning from Malaysia, F.T. Island held their 2nd solo concert in Singapore at The Max Pavillion. Organized by One Productions, the 5 members Hongki, Jonghoon, Jaejin, Minhwan and Seunghyun kick started the concert with their hit song I Hope followed by Bing Bing Bing. Trying their best to communicate with the fans, the members expressed their thoughts and emotions in simple English throughout the show.
During the third track Cool Vs Pretty, lead singer Hongki even led the fans to scream “예뻐”, which meant pretty during parts of their songs. Following up with hit track Hello Hello, they also performed other tracks from their Japanese album like Flower Rock, I Want and more.
After that a VCR with short introductions of the 5 members was shown on screen, some highlights including Jonghoon and his love for photography as he likes how photos lock down a particular point of his life. Minhwan talked about how he loves food and how he trains for his 6 packs and ending off with him going to bed in a Pikachu costume. Jaejin also mentioned in his introduction that his fashion style is Jaejin with Confidence. Seunghyun shared his interest in learning the English language in order to better communicate with the fans. Hongki showed how he liked the fact that SNS like twitter allows him to communicate with the world.
Slowing things down with the acoustic version of Sunshine Girl, I Confess and Even Your Tears, each of the member sang part of the songs. When drummer Minhwan who rarely sings started singing, primadonnas broke out in waves of cheers. Bringing the momentum back up again, the 5 members rocked to songs like That Person In Shinsadong, I’ll Love Everything and even a track Hongki performed during Immortal Song, 그대는 인형처럼 웃고 잇지만.
Back for their encore stage dressed in their concert T-shirt, they performed to a remix of Love Sick, their debut song. Followed by Bad Woman, the first track after the change of members. Ending of the concert, F.T. Island brought the concert to a climax with their latest track, Like a Bird. Finally, the 5 members gathered at the center stage for a final bow to all the primadonnas gathered at The Max Pavillion. Not forgetting their final fan service, throwing towels to the fans.
