Sundown Festival 2010

Annual event Sundown Festival 2010 was held on 24 May 2010 at Southeast Asia’s first and only Universal Studios Singapore, Resorts World™ Sentosa. Proudly brought to you by Red Spade Entertainment and Resorts World™ Sentosa, Sundown Festival 2010 unites all Asian music fans once again with a 150 minutes brand new festival experience.

Featuring artists showcased a holistic and innovative entertainment scene of Asia in style, Sundown Festival 2010 invited acts not only from South Korea but also Japan. The concert started in a dramatic style with famed Japanese Taiko drummers, Tenko. Japanese rock band SuG rocked the stage with their instruments in their vibrant and unique fashion.

Being the only girl group of the night, After School’s performances were highly anticipated by most of the male audience from the ground. Performing their top hits including Ah!, Diva, Because of You, and Bang, bringing the concert to a higher level. Not only that, Orange Caramel, After School’s sub group also melted the crowd with their slow song, Standing in This Place in mandarin. Also from South Korea, F.cuz performed their famous hits including Jiggy, Because of You, Boy Meet Girl, No One, and Jiggy in mandarin. Providing fan service to fans by forming heart shapes, and waving, each action they do causes the fans to scream louder.

Lastly, the concert also featured a new age Japanese rock band, LM.C. These two member group played a hybrid of rock and electronic pop that were featured in their albums. With such wonderful line-ups from South Korea and Japan, Sundown Festival 2010 concluded successfully with the support from all Asian music fans as well as the presenting sponsors.
